Return policy:

Most products are covered by a manufacturer's satisfaction guarantee.

If you are not satisfied with the product simply contact the manufacturer for return instructions.

Any item returned that is not defective and unused will carry a special 15% restocking fee, and the customer will also pay for return shipping costs. Items have to be returned within 30 days.

Products that have been OPENED cannot be resold, therefore, are only offered a 50% credit.

Shipping charges are not refundable.

Any exchanged items will be charged shipping and handling charges once shipped.
